The Gourmet Burger Kitchen is located on Haven Green, a short distance north of Ealing Broadway station. The venue has a raised floor, accessed by an internal ramp, with plenty of room and moveable tables and chairs. The toilet is accessible, but you will need to ask a member of staff for the key.

Disability Connect meeting - Tuesday 28th October '08

The next Disability Connect meeting, at 1 Bayham Road, W13, 2pm - 4pm, will be held on Tuesday 28th October '08. The agenda is not finalised at the moment but we will probably be discussing how Disability Connect can participate effectively in the Partnership Board structure.

Join the group if you have questions and issues about Direct Payments. We do not have a date for the next meeting, at the moment. We are now talking about getting the support workers job evaluated to strengthen the case for increased money at weekends and for 24 hour periods.

The Government has published an Independent Living Strategy. ECIL is one of the first organisations to be awarded funding, to breath life into this strategy. Over the next year, we will be working with carers to increase our links with users.
