Ealing Half Marathon
Sunday 28th September 2014
The Ealing Carers' Centre is participating in the Ealing Half Marathon and welcome all support on Sunday 28th September 2014. The race will start and finish in Lammas Park, visiting lots of the other parks in Ealing. The Half Marathon is 13½ miles long. We are hoping to raise the profile of carers in the Borough and to fundraise for ECIL and the Ealing Carers' Centre. We are looking for runners of all abilities and supporters to cheer us on the route. If you are interested in coming along and/ or sponsoring our runners, please let us know by phoning 020 8840 1566.

Individual Budget Users Group (IBUG)
The next Individual Budget User Group (IBUG) took place on Wednesday 3rd September '14, 2-4pm, at 1 Bayham Rd. The next meeting will take place on Wednesday 26th November '14, 2-4pm.

ECIL Picture House will be showing the next Bette Davis film 'Dark Victory' on Thursday 25th September '14.
Please arrive by 2.00pm to be seated and served some tea or coffee. The film will start at 2.15pm.
Stay Active 4 Life. Gentle exercise for all abilities. £3 per session
Zumba Gold – a Latin inspired dance workout for all abilities, including wheelchair users and people with limited mobility. £3 is payable to the instructor.
