Room hire

ECIL, 1 Bayham Road, W13 - The meeting room is fully accessible, with a loop system and ttwo accessible toilets.  It is 136 square metres and is equipped with video, DVD and CD player, white boards, projector and screen, OHP and flipcharts, for which the hirer must supply the paper.   A desktop computer can be linked to the projector, for presentations.

The room is used by disability organisations for regular groups, one-off meetings, training and events.  We are fairly booked up, but if you need a space it is worth getting in touch with Ellen Collins on 020 8840 8717 or use the 'contact us' page.

Carers' Centre, 46 South Ealing Road, W5 - The meeting room is fully accessible with an accessible loo.  It is 37.5 square metres and includes use of an adjacent kitchen.  It is equipped with a TV, with VHS, DVD and CD player.  There is a small projection screen and flipchart, for which the hirer must supply the paper.

Hire Charges

Hire of the Bayham Road room includes use of the kitchen and car parking for up to six cars.

Hire of the Carers' Centre room includes use of the kitchen, with coffee, tea and biscuits.  The room is available daytime between 10am and 4.30pm.  Evening and weekends bookings can be arranged.

The charge to established organisations of disabled people, organisations doing statutory work around disability and fully funded projects is £15.00 per hour.

The charge to unfunded disability related groups is £10.00 per hour (reviewable if their funding situation changes). This charge also applies to groups that are able to ask their members for a contribution.
