Meetings, events and activities

ECIL organises a range of meetings, activities and events (see calendar for dates and times).

Meetings

• The Direct Payment Users Group - a group meeting on a regular basis to discuss Direct Payment issues.
• Disability Connect quarterly meetings and annual conference.
• Disability Connect delegation meetings, with Social Services, on a wide range of issues and meetings with Social Services specifically on the Disabled Facilities Grant. 

Events and Activities

We organise many ad hoc events.

• We also organise ECIL Open House events, which are monthly social meetings, often with an informed speaker, dealing with a different topic each time.
• Each Monday we run FREE Gentle Keep Fit from 2.00pm – 3.30pm.
• Friday mornings we run a supervised bridge group from 10.30am – 12.30pm (cost £5.00)
• Friday afternoons there is a further bridge session, which was originally for beginners, but is now an intermediate taught class, from 3.00pm – 5.00pm (cost £6.00).
• Each year we hold a summer and Christmas party.
