Meetings, events and activities

ECIL organises a range of meetings, activities and events to give disabled people and carers a voice, to provide information and just to have social time.

Meetings which give an opportunity to discuss disability issues include the Individual Budget users group and Disability Connect meetings.

Regular social activities at 1 Bayham Road include Gentle Keep Fit on Mondays and an art group on Friday afternoons. Each year we hold a Summer and Christmas party, and since 2010 we have produced an annual Christmas show, starring ECIL members, as part of our Artisticus leisure & arts project.

Regular activities at The Carers’ Centre include a choice of exercise classes, a Friday morning social and a range of holistic therapies such as massages and facials.
