There's more than advice at the Carers' Centre
The Carers' Centre isn't just here to help solve problems! ECIL members can book themselves in for guidance on getting started on computers, or can treat themselves to a therapeutic massage.
Our IT for Idiots volunteer tutor won't make you feel stupid if you know nothing about computers, and offers free 40-minute one-to-one sessions.
Or soothe your aches, pains and stresses under the expert hands of one of our three holistic therapists. There's a range of therapies on offer – massages, facials, reflexology, acupuncture, pedicures – all at reduced prices. Clients have reported remarkable improvements in their mobility and wellbeing.
